Although the most important factor in a weight loss plan is to reduce the total number of calories, you'll also need to learn how to allocate your calories among carbohydrate, fat, and protein.

 

In all group sessions and personal training sessions you are asked to keep a food diary.  This will allow me to help you to the fullest.  If you are like most everyone else in America, and are lacking nutrition, time, and energy.
